Founder of Cocoloops
Devendra Chaudhary
Devendra Chaudhary is the founder of Cocoloops. An Indian living in Switzerland and married into a German family, Devendra is raising children in a home where Hindi, German and English are all part of everyday life.
Cocoloops started when Devendra could find plenty of German stories for the family but almost nothing in Hindi, and began writing simple rhymes and recording songs to play at bedtime. Those home recordings grew into Cocoloops: ad-free audio stories for kids aged 2 to 12 in English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German and Italian, with every story proofread by native-speaking teachers.
Devendra writes on this blog about raising bilingual and multilingual children, keeping a heritage language alive abroad, and using stories and audio to build a second language at home.
